When will I receive my order?
For orders shipped to Austria, it usually takes about 1 day after the package leaves our shipping center for you to receive the item. Please note that slight delays may occasionally occur.
For orders to Germany, the estimated delivery time is usually 2 - 4 days from the time of dispatch.
Orders that are shipped to Switzerland or other countries usually take about 3 - 10 days to reach you.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes!. As soon as your order has been processed, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail with an associated tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your package without any problems.
Where is my order confirmation?

For orders from Switzerland or the rest of the world, a shipping fee of €14.95 will be charged at checkout, unless the purchase value reaches €100 or more.

How do I properly care for the garments?
If you want to wash our products, you should take care to wash them at a temperature of 30-40 degrees Celsius. Before washing, turn the garment inside out so the printed side is on the inside. This protects the print and prevents it from being worn out or damaged during the washing process.
It is important that you do not use bleach or other chemical cleaning agents as these can damage the fabric and print. This shortens the durability of the garment.
If you want to iron the garment, you should also turn it inside out and place an ironing board between the fabric and the iron to avoid direct contact with the print. This will avoid fading or melting of the design. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
